10 Wildest Concepts
Every year, Tokyo Motor Show is the center of attention with brand new concepts and technologies. These year was the same.
That’s why, I’ve wanted to present you 10 Wildest Concepts. So, let’s see them!
Nissan Pivo2
First Pivo concept was introduced 2 years ago at the Tokyo Motor Show and it was quite a surprise to see Number 2, this year at the same Show.
Pivo 2 looks like a mascot car because of its spherical passenger compartment sitting on a 4 wheeled platform. You can turn the wheels in any direction and is the same with the passenger compartment; each wheel was fitted with an electric motor powered by advanced lithium-ion batteries.

Suzuki Pixy
Suzuki Pixy is a highly maneuverable one seat car and represents the future of mobility in busy cities. You can use this car to take a short journey, but for a long journey 2 Pixys can pair with the Suzuki Sharing Coach (SSC). Amazing car sharing.
Suzuki Pixy is powered by solar power and 0 emission hydrogen and you can use it even to “ride” inside buildings.

Mazda Taiki
Mazda Taiki is a concept created between reality and fantasy and you can use it in the 25th century cityscape. At this model is all about the looks, which can make this car to be on the top of any Concepts list. Don’t you think?

Mitsubishi i-Miev Sport
The i-Miev Sport is the “baby” electric car concept from Mitsubishi and it is proud of its 0 emission performances. It has a convenient wireless charging system with microwaves and two engines built into the wheel, a totally of three electric engines. The i-Miev experimental cars are used on road in limited editions. Even the president of Mitsubishi uses one, but it seems the technology will be in series production in 2010 (or maybe sooner).

Toyota i-Real
Toyora i-Real is a model that won’t be seen on road (at least not very soon) because it has distinctive forms and mobility.
The i-Real is made on two wheels at the front and one in the rear and has a perimeter monitoring system, which can detect when collision is imminent and warns the driver by noise and vibration. I don’t know what big collision can happen in this “Halo” car, because I don’t think it can reach a dangerous speed.

Suzuki BiPlane
This amazing concept is ready to capture all the attention for free riders, and not only. BiPlane is powered by 1,000 cc liquid cooled, 4 strokes DOHC and V4 engine.
I really can wait to see it in series production!

Honda Puyo
Puyo is a small concept for 4 passengers, being a 0 emission electric car, powered by a Honda proven fuel- cell system, which fits into the floor, creating a roomy interior.
The aspect is the most interesting thing about Puyo, because its surface is made from silicon gel, which can be protective to any “touch”. Interesting idea!

Nissan NV200
The NV200 looks like a large storage unit and was designed to be used on any commercial or personal need.
Nissan NV200 can provide easy access to equipment, tools and to anything else you have inside. It is an advanced car and it is different by the other ones, which are much smaller.

Daihatsu Mud Master-C
Speaking of big cars, the Master-C can be called a transporter designed with body-on-frame construction for cargo capability and durability. For this model, Daihatsu collaborated with Raita Suzuki, a leading professional cyclist.
Mud Master-C offers great versatility and convenience for mountain bike support and for loading cargo or other uses. The interior consists of a simple instrument panel, with large LCD multi-display and water- repellent seats, for rugged use.
Suzuki X-Head
The X-Head is another “big” concept, ready to satisfy all of your “Tonka toy” fantasies. It is a fun and functional concept and can be camper for two adults. It also offers fast response to emergencies in extreme environments and stylish urban mobility.
