The new Volkswagen Tiguan Concept was revealed in Hollywood at Raleigh Studios on Melrose Avenue. Lovely car! Tiguan is a small SUV that impressed many celebrities, like Christian Slater, Jaimie King, Zooey Deschanel and Ludacris, the famous rapper was performing. There is sure that is an impressive car, just watching these celebrities’ names. I will call Tiguan “the small Touareg”, because of its 4.4 meters long, 1.85 meters wide and 1.69 meters high. Another interesting thing about this concept is its tire design, 19 inch prototypes, developed by Continental that has an orange radial stripe beneath the tire profile (this matches with car’s color). Also like the attractive colored alloy rims, the new type of Bluetec diesel engine and the NOX storage catalytic converter. I think Tiguan Concept it’s very cool!

Porsche announced by its chairman, Wendelin Wiedeking that the company will launch a new model name Panamera. This new model will be the fourth model line to its existing products: Boxster/Cayman, Cayenne and 911. Porsche will show a concept of this vehicle very soon, but this will not be the final version, that remains still unconfirmed. Panamera will use a new platform and sheet metal and will develop 500 hp. The engine will be mounted front middle ship. Is sure that Porsche will come with this model as a strong rival for Mercedes Benz CLS and is expected to sell 20,000 vehicles a year in entire world, from 2008 when the model will have its official presentation. I can’t wait!
