BMW will launch 3 Series Cabrio in 2007
After launching the last Coupe, BMW don’t waste its time and it’s preparing for a new launching, at least as important as it was the last one.
BMW will launch 3 Series Cabrio in 2007
The new 3 Series Cabrio will be presented on Detroit Auto Show in 2007, January. As Coupe, Cabrio will be offered in 2 versions in America: 328i and 335i (more exactly in North America) and in other 2 versions in Europe: 325i and 335i.
BMW officials told that 335i, the engine that develops a great power, has 306 hp and will get from 0 to 62 mph in 5.8 seconds. The plain truth is that I would like more that Tesla Roadster, because as an electric car gets form 0 to 62 mph in just 4 seconds… so advantage for Tesla.
For the first time in history, BMW uses for this convertible a metallic roof. This will have 3 pieces and the conversion is all electrical.
German constructor announced that because of the field glass and of its big dimension of lateral windows, the visibility was improved with over 38% comparing to the old model. Interesting options, don’t you think?
