BMW is the winner for the fifth time

For the fifth time, BMW (7 Series) was number 1 most appealing premium luxury in J.S. Power and Associates 2006 appeal study. The appreciation was for: execution, layout appeal and automotive performance. The BMW is characterized by the strong individual performances. “BMW owners are among the most passionate and critical in the industry”, said Tom Purves, Chairman and CEO of BMW of N America.

The study made in 2006 is based on answers from more than 63,000 new-vehicle owners. This study measures owners delight with the design, layout, content and performance of their new vehicles.

The study is based on 10 categories: engine/transmission; driving dynamics; seats; storage and space; vehicle interior; heating; ventilation and cooling; vehicle exterior; audio/entertainment/navigation; visibility and driving safety; fuel economy.
