One of the most important car fabricants from China, Chery Motors offered for tests the A15 model to AutoRevue publication.
This model is commercialized on Russian market under Chery Amulet name. AutoRevue made the crash-test according to EuroNcap settlements and norms. The result is tragic and here we speak about the fact that the car didn’t offer any protection to its passengers. The body didn’t succeed to stop the impact energy and the safe cell deformed too much. After the impact the dummy was left in small pieces. After this test, AutoRevue asked to the Russian authorities to revoke the Chinese car from the market, because it offers not even 1 star of safety.

Chery is the second Chinese producer which suffers after these tests, the first being Brilliance. The BS6 model was tested by the German Magazine AutoBild, the result being only 1 star for safety test.
