Ford Airstream Concept
Ford displayed at the Detroit Auto Show their concept car named Ford Airstream. Unfortunatelly the car will remain at the degree of concept car, and it will never be seen on the road. Let’s talk about what powers this concept car, well … the answer is plug-in hydrogen hybrid fuel cell drivetrain that operates under electric power at all times. Complicated, yes, but eco friendly and I bet all the environmentalists are excited now. So, the main source of power is an electric motor powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. If you don’t have where to recharge them, the hydrogen fuel cell generates the power needed to recharge the batteries.
