The Verve looks like a little focus and should sell well.

VW coming up with a rear engine rear drive car? Seems like they have sold a few cars like that before.

The Suzuki is ugly but they have minor sales in the US compared to most other brands so they might feel its worth trying here.

The 50's or 60's are never coming back. Carbs or distributors havent been used for about 20 years on most cars or light trucks. Generators havent been used for about 45 years.

The first computer parts(electrictic ignition module and voltage regulator) have been used for about 32 years. The first modernish mulitport(1 injector per cylinder fuel injection with all electronic fuel control) came out 30 years ago, and about 28 years since they became closed loop.

They will never go back to metal dashboards, 4 wheel drum brakes, needing to adjust your points every 3000 miles or cars with flat front end with chrome bumpers.

Darn these new cars needing tune-ups every 100,000 miles or having 300hp and getting 25mpg.

I don't like any cars these days, so I got a '66 mustang. These are all ugly, car manufactures just don't get it. They'd do better to go back to the designs of the sixties. Every one of those cars is butt ugly
