The head of Ferrari, Luca di Montezemolo, said the German publication Welt am Sonntag that emissions of polluting machines brand will drop by 40% until 2012, and the cars will be easier and could use and hybrid technologies in the future. “We work in a Ferrari to use alternative sources of energy and will be based on what we do now in Formula 1,” said di Montezemolo. He referred to the KERS system (Kinetic Energy Recycling System), which will be used in Formula 1 in the year. The energy stored by the new technology can be used to improve acceleration or taking the curves.
Montezemolo held to stress that a hybrid Ferrari will not lose anything in the sports specific brand, and the first such hybrid cars will not appear soon for 2015.
To reduce emissions, Italians could choose to go to something smaller engines and more efficient, and the V12 and V8 engines today might be replaced, even partially, V6 engine.

This crash happened in South Perth, Western Australia, right in the middle of the cafe strip! A guy came out of its garage thinking heâ€™s so hot in his new car and knowing everyone was looking, so he stopped it straight into a pole! Poor Ferrari! I guess Ferrari should make a real psychology test for its buyers!

The Italian constructor, Ferrari is organizing another adventure with two Ferraris.
Ferrari is continuing its series to prove that it can be used every day, not just Sunday. That means that these are cars that can resist by using them day by day on any kind of roads.
Today, two Ferrari 612 Scaglietti cars (V12, 540 hp) starts from Mumbai in a India tour, that will be for 72 days, while the cars will make 11.000 km.
With this occasion Ferrari wants to make some advertising in a country that we all know that is in a real economic grow. I canâ€™t wait to see the impact of this tour on Indian market.

Ferrari 430 Scuderia tested by Car Magazine

The Car Magazine had the great chance to test the new Ferrari 430 Scuderia. This was launched this year, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Michael Schumacher being the one who officiated to the unveiling ceremony.
And that is not the only thing Schumacher did for this Ferrari, he also helped on its development.
430 Scuderia is with 100 kg lighter than the standard model, and the V8 engine develops 520 hp at 8,500 rpm. The balance between the weight and power is of 2.45 kg/hp and the changing of gear shifts itâ€™s made in just 60 mili-seconds. Amazing, huh?

Novitec Tunero F430 is one of the many impressively tuned cars presented by Novitec at the Frankfurt Motor Show, this year. This Ferrari F430 in matte black color, they have named Tunero (what an inspired name) and it was made with some great changes.
The car has 2 race inter cooled supercharged with new intake system, new fuel injectors and oil coolers. And these are the engine changes. I donâ€™t have to tell you about the look, because you can see by yourself that it looks outstanding. Novitec puts for this F430 a 707 hp engine, at 8,350 rpm and 525 lb/ft of torque at 6,300 rpm. Tunero can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 216 mph. If that isnâ€™t impressive, than what it is?

The Enzo Ferrari is a 12-cylinder Ferrari Supercar named after the company’s founder, Enzo Ferrari. It was built in 2003, by using F1 technology. It used things such as a carbon-fiber body, F1-style sequential shift transmission, and carbon-ceramic brake discs. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics. After a down force of 775 kg (1709 lb) is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that down force.
