Scottish Car of 800 HP!

The super-sport cars market will be enriching with a new model. It comes from Scotland and proposes 800 HP. Although this information is now quite vague, it seems that the Scottish car, produced by Dowdeswell and Hardie and only Falen, will enter in series production. And what production! The Scottish wants to produce only 4 copies, they will probably sell at an exorbitant price to cover the costs of investment and development.
The good part for collectors is that D & H Falen will be … extremely rare.
Scottish car of 800 HP! Vehicle which attracts attention by its very aggressive design (and optical blocks to remember the model Gallardo) has a V10 engine of 5.5 liters located central, company officials announced that he will deliver around 800-HP.
Equipment is made almost entirely of carbon fiber, so that the total weight is estimated at 1,000 kg.
The car will most likely be presented at the Auto Salon in Geneva next year.

Mazda Taiki is a sport car which visually expresses the atmosphere, called â€œtaikiâ€ in Japanese that offers to the environment a lot of protection.
The concept is giving a front engine rear- wheel drive layout and the feeling of an all-glass canopy. The Mazda Taiki made its debut appearance at the Tokyo Motor Show. The fourth concept car in the Nagare design theme series, Taiki continues the evolution from the Mazda Nagare, Mazda Ryuga, and Mazda Hakaze.
The creation of an amazing design that visually expresses the flow of air was inspired by the image of a pair of Hagoromo. Sourceare the flowing robes, from a Japanese legend, that can enable a celestial maiden to fly.

Farbio GTS is a sport car built in Great Britain. For this model two engines are available, and these are:
- an aspired V6, of 3 liter and 262 hp. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds;
- a V6 with compressor, of 3 liter and 384 hp. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds.
It seems that the second engine model is faster, because of the hp plus. You can see on this article photos with this model.

Opel recently added a new member in the family. Opel Corsa OPC is the newest release and will be presented for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2007.
The model can be included in the sport category for its appearance and its technical characteristics. The OPC presents a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine, developing 192 hp which gives the possibility to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds and reach the top speed of 225 km/h.
The car is provided with an â€œoverboostâ€ facility, which allows the maximum torque of 230 Nm to be increased to over 260 Nm.
All though it is a performing model, when it comes to the fuel consumption the OPC requires only 7.9 liters per 100 km.
The new OPC goes with 17 â€“inch alloy rims and 215/45 R17 tires, also available with 18 â€“inch rims and 225 tires.

328: A sport car becoming a legend

Although 326 was nearly launched, on Nurburgring track, on 14th June was presented the new 328. This sport car was a real success to BMW. Shortly after its presentation the car was in top of its class, surpassing its powerful rivals. A 80 hp maximum power and a weight of 830 kg were making this elegant model to develop an impressive power.

In April, 1936 and September 1939 were produced 464 BMW 328 cars. Until 1940 this sport car was participating at 172 national and international races, obtaining 141 victories, many of them being legendary.

335: The King for new highways

At the end of the 30â€™s, Bayerische Motoren Werke Company, or better said BMW, becoming one of the most prestigious auto producers in Germany. In only 10 years, BMW has succeeded to become from a little producer of regular, small cars, a big producer that can offer a large range of sport performing cars.

At the end of 1937 and the beginning of 1938, BMW decided to follow as an example the 4 doors model (326 models) instead of developing a new berlin. In 1939 was launch 335, a higher version of 326 with a 3.5 litre, 6 line engine. This car was produced to be used on the highway at a high speed. The engine produced 90 hp and a top speed of 145 km/h.

In the same year, was launched also â€œGone with the windâ€ and first TV was presented in Germany, but ended tragic, because on September, 1st Hitler produced the Second World War.
